How and when your wholesale order leaves our Los Angeles warehouse.
Dispatch times
Paid orders placed before the daily cut-off are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, go out on the next working day.
Carriers and services
- Live carrier rates are shown at checkout before you pay
- Express and economy services are available on most destinations
- Pallet and container quantities ship by freight — request a quote first
- Local pickup from our Los Angeles warehouse can be arranged for nearby accounts
Tracking your order
A tracking number is added to your order as soon as the label is created. You can follow every shipment from your order history.
Damaged or missing items
Check your shipment on arrival. Report damage or a short delivery within the window stated in our returns policy so we can file a carrier claim and send a replacement.
